  • Plant or material loss directly tied to homeowner neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorized alterations.
  • Pre-existing drainage issues or subsequent complications caused by unknown sub-surface site conditions.
  • Indirect or consequential damages, including loss of property use, arising from service timelines.
